Delivery
COVID UPDATE: Some deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive.
All product prices are inclusive of delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship products internationally.
Standard delivery is via Hermes Tracked delivery. Please note that all delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Our couriers may not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
Working days are defined as Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Wednesday & Friday will not be processed until Thursday & Monday respectively.
Returns
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price within 14 working days upon receipt of the returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
The cost of return postage is not covered within the refund, and is at your expense.
